1. How to return an item:
- Login to your account and go to "My Orders".
- Click on the "Exchange/Return" button next to the order you want to return.
- Select the item(s) you want to return, the reason for return, and the quantity.
- Choose your preferred shipping method and note down the return code.
- You can find the return code on your "My Orders" page and in the notification message sent to your mobile phone.
- Pack the item(s) with the return code and the invoice in a secure package.
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s).
- You need to deliver the package to the cargo branch within 7 days from the date you receive the return code.
2. Return and exchange policies:
- You have 15 days to return or exchange your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and free from any odor, stains, tears, or missing accessories.
- Fill out the "Return Request Form" or "Exchange Request Form" on the back of the Product Return Form sent with your order.
- The invoice is mandatory for returns. Make sure to send your products with the invoice and ensure it is securely placed in the package.
- You must send the items you want to return or exchange via cargo for fast and accurate service. If a promotional product is not returned, the promotional discount amount will be deducted from the product price.
- Returns cannot be processed if the deadlines are exceeded. Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped.

3. Which items can be returned:

- You will be notified by email when your return shipment reaches us and the approval process is complete. We will then immediately begin processing your refund.
- Depending on your bank's payment processing procedures, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Refunds for installment payments:
- Refunds for orders placed in installments will be made to your credit card as the total purchase amount. 7. Exchanging items:

You can complete your exchange process via "My Account > My Orders / Exchange - Return" button. All cargo fees for exchanges (except for promotional products) are covered by our company. - Do not create a new order for exchange or contact our company by phone to request product reservation. Your exchange will be processed within 48 hours if the product you requested is in stock. It will be sent to your address without any cargo fee. If the product you want is not in stock, our customer service will call you to exchange or return it with another product. You will be informed by SMS when your exchanged product is shipped.
- NOTE: If the item(s) you send for exchange are older than 15 days, used, have lost their saleability, have a damaged box (if any), are missing their invoice, accessories (if any), or gift, the product will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a message and a counter-payment.
- If you want to send the item(s) you want to exchange with a cargo company that we do not have an agreement with, you will have to pay the cargo fee. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

9. Refund for cancelled order:
- If your cancelled order has not yet been shipped, the full amount paid, including the shipping fee, will be refunded.

- You can place a new order at any time if the products you have selected are in stock. If they are not in stock, you can click on the "Notify Me When In Stock" button to receive email notifications about the product stock.
